Sue’s passion for helping high-achieving professionals stems from walking her own journey. As a high-achieving professional herself, Sue holds a master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, a bachelor’s degree in Business, and is a Reiki Master and educator. Having worked as a therapist for a decade, a hospice volunteer for 12 years, and in big corporations and running her own successful business over a 30-year span, Sue deeply understands the trials and tribulations of living a life driven by big aspirations and goals. In her personal journey, Sue faced significant internal conflict and external judgment related to religious differences during her young adulthood. These challenges forced her to confront and navigate beliefs and societal expectations, leading her to a path of self-discovery and empowerment.

This transformative experience turned her into a fierce advocate for those struggling to be true to themselves. Sue’s unique blend of strategic insight, psychological expertise, and practical tools makes her a powerful ally for high-achieving professionals. Her continued pursuit of knowledge drives her to constantly explore new ways to understand human behavior and optimize personal growth. Through her compassionate and insightful approach, she empowers others to overcome their own obstacles, unlock their potential, and live in alignment with their true essence.
